Valoa kansalle - Let there be light

En oo kerennyt kauheesti askartelemaan, mutta tässä viimeaikaiset tekeleet - kaksi soihtulamppuviritelmää kynttilöillä, matkalaukku (tuunasin vaan punasesta muovilaukusta) ja kristallipallo Voldemortille. "Lamput" on tuulikellon osia, joihin piirsin kulta/hopeareunukset tussilla. Niiden sisällä tosiaan kynttilät. Kultanen lampunjalka on tietenkin kynttilänjalka, sininen on tehty epämääräsestä kumisesta minkä lie osasta (löytyi kierrätyskeskuksesta), pyöreestä helmestä ja sormuksesta. Ja kuten tavallista, blingiä perään :D Kristallipallotsydeemi on tietenkin shakkinappula eli torni, johon limasin kuulan ja piirsin tussilla hopiaa. Laukun pintaa karhensin hiekkapaperilla, maalasin mustalla akryylivärillä ja piirsin kultasella tussilla.

Haven't had much time for crafts, but here's what I have done - two torch/lamp thingies with candles, a bag (just fixed up from a red plastic one) and a crystal ball for Voldemort. The "lamps" are parts pf a windchime and I used gold and silver markers on the edges. They contain real candles. The golden one is of course made from a candlestick, the blue from a weird piece of rubber I found at the recycling center, a round bead and a ring. As usual I slapped on some bling too :D The crystal ball holder is off course an old chess piece, a rook, that I decorated with a silver marker and then glued a marble on top. The bag was red plastic - I used sand paper on its surface, then painted it with acrylic paint and the finishing touches were done with a gold marker.
