Balsamia sielulle - Something soothing for the soul

Äskettäin pelästyin oikein kunnolla, kun eräänä yönä yhtäkkiä vasen puoli kroppaa puutui ja jalka turposi. Timo ja Sara heräsivät ajamaan mut sairaalaan saman tien ja olin siellä sitten 2-3 päivää. Vielä ei tiedetä mitä tapahtui, mahdollisesti lievä aivoinfarkti tai ehkä jotain tulehduksellista. Kuun lopussa menen magneettikuvaukseen. Oli todella pelottava episodi mutta sain taas huomata, että mulla on maailman ihanin perhe ja ihanimmat ystävät, en voi teitä kyllin kiittää, ootte äärimmäisen rakkaita <3 <3 <3 Äiti ja ja Sirkku suhasivat hoitamaan koiriani ja rakas pikkusiskoni Sara juoksi väsymättömästi sairaalassa tuomassa mulle tarvitsemiani kamoja ja vielä enemmän tarvitsemaani hyvää mieltä <3 <3 <3 Kun pääsin kotiin, mua ei jätetty yksin hetkeksikään, onneksi, muuten olisi kyllä pelko vienyt järjen! Vuoron perään mua hoitivat Sirkku, äiti, ihana kummitytöni Jenni ja moni muu. Samaan syssyyn olin tilannut pihalle vaihtolavan, jota en nyt saanutkaan täyttää kun käsky kävi lääkäriltä että pitää ottaa iisisti - Tuija ja Seija, Antti ja Päivi ja Sara ja Timo to the rescue; tekivät hurjan työn raivaten varastoja ja pihaa ja lava saatiin kuin saatiinkin täyteen. Tuija ja Seija ovat lisäksi tehneet ison työn kaunistaessaan pihaa. KITTOS KIITOS KIITOS kaikille!!!

Sitten tänne pyyhälsi Lilli, joka ei aiemmin flunssan takia päässyt tulemaan, pitämään mulle seuraa ja meillä oli tosi hauskaa <3 <3 <3 Lilliltä sain ihanan parane pian-lahjan, nimittäin kirpparikierroksen! Ja siitähän mä nautin kuin hullu puurosta! Sara lähti kuskiksi ja niin kierrettiinkin useempi kirppari ja käytiin syömässä siinä välissä - meillä oli ihana päivä! Alla päivän saalis, ei hassummin todellakaan! Kaiken kruunasi Lillin mulle kirppariltä löytämä 40-vuotislahja - siitä ei ole kuvaa vielä, mutta jahka saan siitä kuvan niin pistän sen tänne - se on valtava gobeliini, jossa on kaks valkoista vinttikoiraa!!! Ihan MIELETÖN!!!!!! Kiitos taas Lilluri <3 <3 <3

I recenntly had a big scare, when one night I realized the left side of my body and face went numb and my leg was swollen. Sara and Timo got up right away to drive me to the hospital, where I spent the next 2-3 days. It was a terrifying experience but it once again showed me that I have the best Family and friends in the world, I can't thank them enough, I love you guys so much <3 <3 <3 Mom and Sirkku dropped everything to come to take care of my dogs and my beloved sister Sara tirelessly ran back and forth to the hospital to bring me stuff I needed - and comfort I needed more still <3 <3 <3 When I got home, someone was at my side all the time, luckily, or the fear would've been overwhelming! Sirkku, mom, my wonderful goddaughter Jenni and many others where there for me every step of the way. To top it all off I had just ordered a dumpster, one of those huge containers, for the yard and was now unable to fill it since the doctors had told me to take it easy. Tuija and Seija, Antti and Päivi and sara and Timo came to the rescue and did a colossal job sorting through building refuse and my storage to dump all the unwanted stuff on the dumpster, which was taken away yesterday full to the brim. Tuija and Seija also did a huge job beautifying the yard. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU all!!!!

Next Lilli came to my side for a few days and we had so much fun <3 <3 <3 Lilli got me fabulous get well soon present, a tour of the fleamarkets and you know me, I enjoy that like nobody's business! Sara drove us around and the three of us went to several fleamarkets and ate out - we had such a great day! Below is a picture of the day's haul, not bad at all! The most amazing thing though was the 40th birthday present Lilli got me at one of the fleamarkets - I don't have a picture yet but as soon as I get it hung I will post a pic! It's a huge old wallhanging with two white sighthounds!!!! AWESOME!!! Thank you again Lilluri <3 <3 <3

Tässä vähän lähempi katsaus kirpparisaaliiseen :) Kolmella eurolla sain ison kasan käärmeitä Voldemortin piilon huonekaluja varten - niitä etsin aina :) Humbrolin enamelimaaleja löytyi lootallinen, mukana pensseli ja kaks vaahtomuovisutia. Niiden alla näkyvä musta kimaltava kangas oli aika iso ja maksoi kaks euroa :)

Here are some close ups of the haul :) for 3 euros I got a LOT of snakes for the decor in Voldemort's hideaway - I'm always on the lookout for those :)  I found a box with Humbrol enamel paints, a brush and two superlon appliers.The glistening black fabric under them is quite large and cost 2 euros :)
