Buckbeak Gables eli Pottereiden talli - Buckbeak Gables a k a the Potter stables

Projektit sen kun lisääntyy, niinhän se on että nälkä kasvaa syödessä :D Alunperin oli tarkotus tehdä Pottereiden talli Potter's Peakin alimpaan kerrokseen, mutta eläinmäärä on kasvanut vinhaa vauhtia eikä ne niin ollen oisi mahtuneet sinne enää ja sitäpaitsi teen sinne mielummin sellaisen linnan aulan. Olin siis onnesta ymmyrkäisenä kun löysin tämän ihanuuden vitosella!!

Yet another project, I've really gotten wrapped up in this :D I initially intended to build the stables on the groundfloor of Potter's peak, but their herd has increased to the point where it would no longer fit in there - plus I'd rather build a kind of castle hall there. So I was over the moon when I found this lovely house for just 5 euros!!

Se on isompi kuin kuvista luulisi, harjokorkeus noin 60 cm, tukeva ja uuden veroinen <3 Aivan täydellinen tallirakennus! Siinä on tollaset makeet liukuovetkin :)

It's bigger than you'd think from the pictures, about 60 cm high, very sturdy and good as new <3 Perfect for the animals! It has these cool sliding doors to boot :)

Sivunäkymiä :) Ajattelin ulkopinnasta sellasta tudortyylista valkoista rappausta tummin puupuittein, lattiat teen varmaankin laatoiksi savesta. Takaseinästä tullee kiviseinä ja teen tuohon irrotettavat katto- ja seinäpanelit.

Side views :) I envision a Tudor type facade of white with dark wood, I think the floors will be tiled from clay. The back wall will be a stone wall and I'll make detachable roof and wall panels.
